	To be an authorized affiliate of Best Choice For Ebooks, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Best Choice For Ebooks service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Best Choice For Ebooks Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. When promoting the Best Choice For Ebooks Affiliate Program, affiliates must adhere to a strict NO SPAM guideline. Affiliates must also promote the Best Choice For Ebooks website in a legal and ethical manner. Affiliates must follow all other terms and conditions as outlined in the user agreement. Failure to do so will result in removal from the affiliate program and all commissions earned will be revoked. Affiliate Commissions are paid on an aggregate payout of $25.00 CDN per month. If affiliate commissions have not reached the aggregate limit, commissions will be carried over to the next month until the payout amount is reached. Any action brought by the Federal Trade Commission or other public prosecutorial agency against an affiliate for alleged violations of regulations for internet, mail order, or commercial email will result in an automatic grounds for termination of the affiliate's account and all commissions revoked. You must follow our Anti-Spam guidelines above and those set forward in the CAN SPAM ACT of 2003. Failure to follow these guidelines will be cause for removal from the Best Choice For Ebooks Affiliate Program and all commisions revoked. No affiliate will be paid a commission on purchases made for themselves. All commission sales are subject to approval and verification prior to payout at the end of each month.
